All orders are shipped within 2 business days. We are not responsible for lost packages once your order leaves our office. Domestic orders are delivered within 3 business days, while all international orders take up to 10 business days.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns, but we can help with size exchanges or faulty items.
Size Exchanges
You have *14 days from delivery* to request a size exchange.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
If your requested size is available, we’ll exchange it. If not, we’ll issue store credit.
Return postage is paid by the customer and must be sent with tracking via *New Zealand Post*. A flat *$12* fee applies to send out your replacement within New Zealand.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us photos within *14 days of delivery*
We’ll offer a replacement or refund, and cover the return postage.
Not Eligible
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Archive or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without tags
Returning part of a bundle may void the bundle discount.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for return postage, duties, taxes, and replacement shipping costs.
