depending on the product, we aim to ship most orders in two business days. we may need a week to make and ship orders. we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Pre - orders are expected to be shipping 2 - 4 weeks after purchase.

returns & exchange.

we do accept size exchanges, only if we have the desired size in stock. you have 7 days after purchase to contact us about exchanging. to prevent this we offer sizing guides on all our product pages. we do not offer returns / refunds unless there is a mistake on our behalf.
